Alliance Payment Policy
Improv Alliance Members
You must be on The West Coast Improv Alliance E-Mail List for at least 30 days before any class.
We will allow registered Alliance members payment of classes made out to our workshop Instructors. You must mail your payment to: The San Francisco Improv Alliance: 621 Natoma Street, SF, CA 94103. Payment must arrive at least one week before class time.
Non Improv Alliance Members
All Payment of classes can be done either online via paypal to improvalliance@gmail.com. You can laso pay via cash, cashiers check or money order at time of class.
Non Alliance Emails Members cannot pay with personal check no exceptions. We must receive your payment before all workshops and Master Classes.
Improv Alliance Cancellation of Payment Policy
Cancellation by Students three weeks or more before class: A 100% Cancellation Refund will be given to students made payable through Paypal.
Cancellation by Students two weeks (14 days) before class: A 50% Cancellation Refund will be given to students made payable through Paypal.
Cancellation by Students One week (7 days) or less before class: A 5% Cancellation refund will be given to students made payable through Paypal.
Students will receive a 100% refund if cancellation of a class occurs through The West Coast Improv Alliance made payable through Paypal.
