Bacardi Dewers Repeal Day Celebration
December 2007
The Job: To supply talent and interactive comedy to Dewers Repeal Day Celebration in San Francisco.
The Interaction: With Six Improvisers and the SFIA’s professional photographer, The San Francisco Improv Alliance talent pool added realistic 1934 interaction with patrons throughout the evening. The SFIA also supplied an improptu “Jazz sextet” for party goers!

Major League Baseball’s MLB’s FanFest 2007 Mascone Center, San Francisco
The Job: To supply knowledgeable, fun and entertaining hosts for two stages at Major League Baseball’s FanFest 2007 All Star Game. A week long event held in San Francisco in 2007. The largest Fan event in Major League Baseball.
The Interaction: Over a three month period, the San Francisco Improv Alliance helped with the process of 1) finding audition location 2) Scheduling audition process 3) Suplying MLB and organizers with hundreds of professional actors and improvisers for audition 4) Instrumental in final selection process 5) Liasion for actors to MLB contacts 6) Organizing actors for rehearsal process at the venue. 7) One week of hilarious fun and informative improvisers on the Holiday Inn Trivia Game and the FanFest auxiliary stage
The Result: Professional improviser hosts introduced sports legends, asked trivia questions in a Jeopardy style quiz show and gave thousands upon thousands of baseball fans from all over the world prizes and a lot of laughs! Linksys “Office Party” 2007

The Job: Create a realistic Office Party Environment for Guest of Linksys San Francisco Conference
The Interaction: Actors were placed in realistic Offices and played characters that included The Receptionist, The Accountant, The I.T. Guy and The Human Resource Man. Creating a fun environment while explaining Linksys Products on display in each room and interacting throughout the office party kept the party fun and exciting!
Linksys The Connected Office Conference
The Job: With Behind stage guidance from a Linksys representative, The SFIA job was to have improvised scenes with products from Linksys.
The Interaction: From the suggestion of JW and camera, The SFIA created a full on improvised success story of JW Photography showing JW (Kurt Bodden) how Linksys Products can help growing companies through his Linksys rep (Shaun Landry).
Improvised music was created on the spot from the audience suggestion of “Rock on” by SFIA players Clay Robeson, Amber Price, David Dyson and Shaun Landry

Hart Howerton Holiday Celebration
The Job: A 20’s Style Flapper Party for a Holiday Celebration with Hart Howerton.
The Interaction: The Improv Alliance in association with Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco assembled a full on feel of a classic 1920’s speakeasy. The Alliance made the event both realistic in time genre along with modern music to end the evening. With ten professional actors, musicians and photographer, The SFIA organized an event for over 150 guests.
The Results: You gave an amazing performance that really entertained our finicky crowd. They say you can’t please them all but I believe you and your staff did just that! Thank you! RMITV/JACK FM Radio Auditions
The Job: Assemble over 100 Improvisational Dancers for RMITV’s Radio Spot for Los Angeles’ JACK FM Radio
The Interaction: The Improv Alliance not only organized the auditions over a two day span, but also supplied RMITV and JACK FM with the actual location theater shoot for the auditions. Over a two day span, Improv Actors not only danced, but was filmed on the spot for clientele!
The Results: Not only was this clip used for JACK FM Radio, but many of the Talent Pool Auditioners is used for RMITV pitches for radio stations nationally. Also, it is being used as a “You Can Dance Viral Game!”
Vodavi Communications Inc. Trade Show
The Job: Actor to portray “A FloatingHead to promote Vodavi Communications Inc. Services and to attract attention to the booth to stand out from the hundreds of vendors at this trade show in San Francisco.
The Interaction: Christian Utzman from The SF Improv Alliance Talent Pool Attracted hundreds of prospective clients with his dynamic interaction and comedic Improvisational skills! Prospective clients even came *back to the booth* to see what he would do next!
The Results: Hundreds of new contacts were generated for Vodavi Communications and everyone had a great time! The Client was so impressed and pleased with the Alliance Talent Pool talent, that our talent was offered to Join them in Las Vegas.
